Problem
As Agentforce was being developed, Salesforce needed a clear and definitive way to communicate the impact AI would have on customers. Our customers were overwhelmed with the volume of new information as AI technology was being created. Business leaders were asking where AI could be used, what the actual cost of implementation was, and whether adoption was even feasible.
Solution
This framework explains how business resources fall on a spectrum of intellectually demanding or labor-intensive. The abilities of employees are often hindered by redundant tasks that AI can supplement in various ways at different times. Without disruption, an employee’s true potential could be unlocked simply by freeing up their time.
